This book is amazing!! It is truly a masterpiece. This is my first book by Ashley Jade and it certainly won’t be my last. I’ve had this book on my kindle in what seems like forever, and now I’m really wishing I’d picked it up sooner!
Ashley Jade writes with such passion, she has a real flair and has created an absolutely epic story which will rip your heart to shreds. It will consume you, you will feel it everywhere and your heart will race so hard!
This story has EVERYTHING! The plot and story line is so well thought out, crafted and pieced together. There are so many layers, surprises, and some major twists which will knock you for six. The characters are simply AMAZING!
Jackson and Alyssa are such likeable characters. They are full of complexities, darkness and demons that haunt them both, and as we discover their stories are far more inter-linked than we first realise. The other individuals that feature in the story also play a huge role and are all brilliant. I loved them all…
I’m keeping this review pretty vague regarding the plot and the story as I went in blind and really feel you should too. Trust me, you really wont be disappointed. If you like gritty, darker books which are full of suspense, full of shocks then you’ll love this. Even if perhaps it’s not your usual genre, I urge you to give this book a go! It’s gripping, it’s hugely intense, but also has plenty of happiness and humour thrown in too. It’s a superb romantic suspense book with so much more.
This author is seriously talented and I think more people need to know about her and read her stories! Looking forward to my next read.
