4TLOR Review ~ by Jordan
This was my first read of Stylo Fantomes work.
Straight away I knew not to take it too seriously seeing as in the blurb it states there is a dead body in the trunk of the car, so I knew I’d be getting a book full of strange and wonderful things.
I have to say this sort of reminded me of “the Hangover” film. Jodi aka Jo wakes up after a big night of drinking with no recollection to the night before and to a dead man in her cars trunk and has no clue what happened, so her and her best friend (lifelong crush) Archer go back and retrace their steps of the night before to see if they can work it out before time runs out.
I was definitely right in thinking this wouldn’t be the most normal book, but it was a good fun read. The chemistry between Jo and Archer was great, with fun banter. The last 40% ish had me hooked, and wanting to know everything!
I think I’ll be looking for more of Stylo Fantomes work.
