Baseball has never been sexier in an all-new novel by New York Times Bestselling Author, K. Bromberg.
Easton Wylder is baseball royalty. The game is his life. His passion. His everything.
So, when an injury threatens to end Easton’s season early, the team calls in renowned physical therapist, Doc Dalton, to oversee his recovery. Except it’s not Doc who greets Easton for his first session, but rather, his daughter, Scout. She may be feisty, athletic, defiant, and gorgeous, but Easton is left questioning whether she has what it takes to help him.
Scout Dalton’s out to prove a female can handle the pressure of running the physical therapy regimen of an MLB club. And that proof comes in the form of getting phenom Easton Wylder back on the field. But getting him healthy means being hands-on.
And with a man as irresistible as Easton, being hands-on can only lead to one thing, trouble. Because the more she touches him, the more she wants him, and she can’t want him. Not when it’s her job to maintain the club’s best interest, in regards to whether he’s ready to play.
But when sparks fly and fine lines are crossed, can they withstand the heat, or is one of them bound to get burned?

Oh Wow !! It’s been awhile since I’ve read a full novel by Ms Bromberg and boy she hasn’t lost her touch.
I devoured it, page to page flicked across my kindle as the Story of Scout and Easton unfolded, I laughed out loud and had tears rolling down my checks, the simple case of a trainer and a player, playing out before me, not to many complications yet and setting the scene for what I’m hoping will be an exciting second book.
Learning new characters, Having a fiesty and sassy herione as well as dominant alpha was a great dynamic and the secondary characters with all the added changing room banter added to the story not forgetting the holy hotness moments !
A great start to a new series and sooo looking forward to book 2

I was excited to hear about this book. That K. Bromberg was stepping away from the Driven series, and the spin-off’s from there and starting a brand new sports romance series. And this was a great start.
The story was fun, easy to read, with a little bit of angst and suspense. I did find an element of predictability in the story, but that didn’t take away from it being an enjoyable and easy read.
I really love a sports romance, and this can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of your favourite sport. Easton and Scout’s story had a good pace and the characters themselves were very likeable. With
The story started off well and drew me in. There was a small lull in the middle for me, but by the end I did become totally hooked to the story and how everything was going to play out and I couldn’t start turning thoe pages. You could tell something big was going to happen and that ending….. Arrrrrgh!!!!
K. Bromberg is a very talented writer and overall the story flowed really well and it was a great story line. A great love story and some smoking hot scenes too!! There was a hint of sadness, learning about the characters and their upbringings, and also plenty of humour thrown in too!
Now, roll on book 2!!!
