From New York Times bestselling author, Samantha Towle, comes a new standalone romantic comedy.
Vaughn West, Hollywood heartthrob, has been at the top of his game for years. He thinks he’s untouchable—until a betrayal brings him spiraling down. Now, everyone pities him, and if there’s one thing Vaughn hates, it’s pity.
After a few months of working his way through every available actress, pop star, model, and waitress in California, Vaughn needs to get his life back on track and focus on what he does best—making hit movies.
Charlotte Michaels is in love. Just not with one person.
And the list goes on.
Sadly, Charly’s limited bank account doesn’t allow her those luxuries, and the closest she gets are lucky finds in charity shops and working closely with some of those names in her job as a wardrobe assistant.
Now, Charly has landed the mother of all jobs—working on the new Vaughn West movie. Excited doesn’t even cut it.
Only things don’t go as planned, and it turns out that Vaughn is actually a jerk. A hot jerk, but a jerk nonetheless.
So, why do their clothes keep falling off whenever they’re around each other? And why can’t Charly keep her mind in the closet and off Vaughn?
Getting mixed up with a smart-mouthed, fashion-obsessed wardrobe assistant is the last thing Vaughn needs.
Getting mixed up with an arrogant, self-centered, obnoxious, jumped-up actor who has a lack of respect for fashion is the last thing Charly needs.
Things are about to get hot, dirty, and messy in Hollywood. Very messy. Especially if Charly’s closely guarded secret falls out of her closet.

What a wonderful, romantic, sweet, funny and overall perfect story. A Romantic enemies to friends to lovers comedic story that gives you the fluffiness you need along with the yelling at Vaughan for being a gigantic ass and then laughing with the banter between him and Charley.
The way these two were brought together with a slip of a pin and a prick on the ass, was such a funny moment, the banter is hilarious and the sweet and sexy moments are brilliant. This is so recommended ! I want to read it again !
I love Samantha’s writing style, but love the fact that this is light hearted and comedy gold at points, rather than angsty and I adored it.

Brilliant!! I really enjoyed this book from Samantha Towle. I love her books anyway, but found this to be really refreshing and different. I devoured it in less than a day and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.
Charly and Vaughn are simply pure romance book perfection. I didn’t even read the blurb for this, just went in blind and loved it all. From the very start I had a soft spot for Vaughn, when we are introduced to him on a chat show with his girlfriend and best-friend who have all recently starred in a movie together. When a revelation is made live on air, immediately I felt for him! And Charly is a brilliant female character, full of life, laughter and quirkiness.
Everything about the story line for these two characters simply worked… From their less than ideal start, to friends, to lovers, everything came together in a wonderful little package. With the perfect amount of emotion and angst, this book had everything I wanted.
This whole book had a air of comedy and humour running thorough it which really made the book. And lets be honest the scene where Charly earns her nickname of ‘Pins’ – one of the funniest scenes I’ve read in a book for a long time!
And of course there was plenty of build up in this story line. It wasn’t exactly an insta-connection, but there were definitely sparks. And when those sparks finally ignite, boy it was HOT! A fast paced, really well written story which flows perfectly. The characters were all superb, especially Vaughn’s Gran – we all wish we had a Gran like that!! And the banter between the characters is just wonderful!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish, with plenty to make you laugh swoon, and maybe even shed a tear or 2.
4.5 ‘Pins’ stars!
