From WSJ Bestselling Author Ilsa Madden-Mills comes a new stand-alone contemporary romance.

Fake engaged to the hottest quarterback in the country? SCORE.

They say nothing compares to your first kiss,

But our first kiss was orchestrated for an audience.

Our second kiss . . . that one was REAL.

He cradled my face like he was terrified he’d f*ck it up.

He stared into my eyes until the air buzzed.

Soft and slow, full of sighs and little laughs,

He inhaled me like I was the finest Belgian chocolate,

And he’d never get another piece.

A nip of his teeth, his hand at my waist . . .

And I was lost.

I forgot he was paying me to be his fake fiancée.

I forgot we weren’t REAL.

Our kiss was pure magic, and before you laugh and say those kinds of kisses don’t exist,

Then you’ve never touched lips with Max Kent, the hottest quarterback in college history.

Three months. Two hearts. One fake engagement.

4TLOReading Double 5 Star Reviews

Review by Donna

Ilsa has a way when writing that allows you to fall into the world she has created, become surrounded by the words and the characters and watch the action from the sidelines. As the story arc beautifully sweeps by.

She has a graceful touch when creating that perfect manly man, who has imperfections and flaws, but the realisation to admit them and apologise. Max Kent “Sigh” is all that and more.

Her leading females are no pushovers either and always have the edge and sass that leave you when shiny you could be friends. Sunny Blaine is someone I want to know !

The connection ran deep, the love story was funny, sweet and sexy. All things you have come to expect from Ilsa, what more could you want in a bloody great book.

Review By Lou

A fabulous, funny, sexy story which will leave you with a massive smile on your face!! I honestly think I was smiling the whole way through…

The characters were perfection – Max Kent and Sunny Blaine. They were brilliant for each other and the chemistry between them both was absolutely smoking HOT! Their connection and charismatic personalities shone off the pages of this fun-filled story.

All Max wants from life is football and his chance at winning the Heisman… So ‘recruiting’ Sunny to be his Fake girlfriend is the perfect way to go. It will keep the groupies off his back, improve his image, and he can totally concentrate on the football. It will also allow Sunny to get over her ex, and concentrate on her studies. And of course feelings never get in the way do they?!

This story is beautiful. And with their connection a lot closer than they first realise, these two really are meant to be. But will it work out that way? With crazy exes, history, and threats aplenty, this story has just the right amount of angst and suspense to keep those words flowing and the pages turning.

The perfect quick, sexy and sassy read – I devoured it in one sitting! With all the usual humor and glimpses of Ilsa in this book (Sunny’s pet, Charlie!!!), I would highly recommend to all!

And if my review doesn’t convince you – just take another look at that cover!!! Yes please!
